5th Annual G2 Green Earth Film Festival at LMU – Oct 20-22, 2017

October 20, 2017 - October 22, 2017

This year, the G2 Gallery’s annual Green Earth Film Festival will be held at the Mayer Theater at Loyola Marymount University (LMU).  From among over 1600+ submissions from around the world and 140 semi-finalists, the films in the festival are selected for their award-winning portrayal of environmental issues.  The works submitted include eco-conscious documentaries, narratives, short films, and features.  Fascinating and engaging panel discussions will take place after the films.

The net proceeds from all film festival activities are donated to environmental charities.

The cost for the event is $10 per day if purchased on-line, and an additional on-line processing fee.

The schedule is as follows, with Dr. Eric Strauss, Exec Director of the LMU Center for Urban Resilience (CURes) moderating the panel discussions each day:

Day 1 | Friday, Oct 20 – 7-1030pm: “Common Bond” – films that focus on the human-animal bond
