For Instructors

This lesson explores the relationship between neighborhood wealth – as determined by median income as well as the quality of the built environment – and the overall health of the inhabitants. Students will investigate three sets of data from New York City in a way similar to what public health officials would use to determine whether there is a correlation or how to determine one.
