For Instructors

This lesson helps students consider where their community currently sources their energy from and the subsequent impacts on the carbon cycle. Students compare energy usage and subsequent carbon dioxide production from different light bulbs and use a carbon emissions calculator to estimate how much carbon dioxide they contribute to the atmosphere so they can make decisions to decrease their carbon emissions
